About Mike

Michael DeHart is passionate about producing. He loves working with dedicated people and supplying them with all the tools necessary to make the production the best it can be. He's worked every position from top to bottom and fully understands the needs and challenges of each department.

Mike currently works as the Production Coordinator for the Daily Programming Department at Current TV. While working for Current he has done everything from Camera Operating to Lighting, Teleprompting and running their small Greenscreen Stage. He has coordinated, shot and edited a number of field segments for the network and has acted as a Post Coordinator and Audio Finish Editor for their Earth Day hour long special.

While working with his old professor and mentor, Changhee Chun, Mike was one of the lead producers on a multifaceted production for Dress Manufacturer Poly USA. Mike oversaw and coordinated multiple photo and video shoots for the redesign of their print catalog, DVD catalog and promo.

He grew up in the rural town of Cincinnatus, NY and was instilled with the idea that you can do anything with the resources around you as long as you get a little creative. It's also rumored that he can put together the port-a-jib blindfolded in under 5 mins...the jury is still out on that one.
